May is a busy month for the York Attraction York Minster so we thought we would highlight some of the events taking place.
On Friday 14th May, the New Mill Male Voice Choir will be performing in aid of the ‘York against Cancer’ charity. Come along and see sopranos Stephanie Ball and Sarah Ogden perform with the award winning choir.
On Sunday 15th May between 6.30pm and 9.30pm, the attraction will be running ‘Minster Nights: Museum at Night’. At this event you will be able to visit the museum in the Undercroft after hours and discover what lies beneath the Minster.
If you fancy a guided tour of the minster, then you can partake in one on Wednesday May 25th. Let the expert guides give you the fascinating history as you explore this great York Attraction.
On Saturday the 28th May, you can take part in the Environment Celebration. Between 10am and 4pm you can watch a drama production from the Riding Lights Theatre Company, view educational exhibitions and explore the minster’s green secrets.
Please note that some events will require an additional entry fee to your free entry usually granted with the Yorkshire Pass.
