Voting has begun to find the most popular pub in Yorkshire.
The competition has been organised by Welcome to Yorkshire, Yorkshire’s tourism agency, and newspaper The Yorkshire Post to promote the area’s proud pub heritage.
Hundreds of pubs from all over the region, from small country pubs to popular city centre pubs, were considered and now have been whittled down to 12 finalists.
If you would like to join in on the voting, then you can head to the Welcome to Yorkshire website and let the country know who you think deserves the accolade before July the 6th.
The winner of the completion will be announced at the Great Yorkshire show which is held between June 12th and 14th.
If the competition proves popular, then the organisers hope to make the competition an annual event.
