If you are heading to Yorkshire towards the end of the month with your Yorkshire Pass, then why not head to the Flying Scotsman Preview Weekend at the National Railway Museum.
The event is being held between the 28th and 30th of May 2011.
At this great event you will be able to catch a glimpse of the iconic Flying Scotsman as this magnificent train nears the end of its restoration process.
Train fans will be able to catch the locomotive in wartime LNER black before the final Apple Green Livey is applied in the summer.
There will be a host of fun family activities being held over the weekend including talks about its restoration, workshops and even a Scotsman Trail.
