The finalists have been announced for Yorkshire’ White Rose Awards in conjunction with Welcome to Yorkshire and many of Yorkshire Pass’ top Yorkshire and York attractions have made the shortlist.
In the Best Tourism Experience of the Year category, Cannon Hall Farm and the Magna Science Adventure Centre are up against stiff competition.
Magna Science and Adventure centre is also up for the Business Tourism Award along with the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
The category with the most of our Yorkshire attractions nominated is the Large Visitor Attraction of the Year category which sees Newby Hall, JORVIK Viking Centre, Keighley & Worth Valley Railway and Yorkshire Wildlife Park battle it out with other large attractions.
JORVIK Viking centre and York Maze are nominated for Tourism Event of the Year and Barley Hall and the Quilt Museum and Gallery are up for Small Visitor Attraction of the Year.
The spectacular tourism awards will be held on 10th October at Doncaster Racecourse, so check back with our news section to see if any of our attractions won awards. In the mean time you can visit these nominated attractions with your Yorkshire Pass.
