When you buy the York Pass online, you can choose to either have it shipped to you or to collect it once you arrive in your chosen destination.
Please note you can currently collect passes only if your final destination is York. In the near future you will be able to collect your York Pass from a number of Visitor Information Centres in Yorkshire.
Getting your York Passes Shipped
If you choose to have your York Pass order shipped to you, you must allow for an appropriate amount of time between placing the order and your planned trip to a Yorkshire destination. Please allow for five days for deliveries within the UK and ten days for international deliveries.
We strongly advise against shipping to hotels and third parties. Any shipping to hotels or third parties is entirely at the risk of the client. We do not guarantee shipping and do not accept any liability. Mislaid or missing orders may only be reissued with additional payment.
Collecting the York Pass from a Visitor Information Centre
If you choose to collect your order from a Visitor Information Centre you will need to print and bring with you the York Pass receipt which is emailed to you on completion of your online order.
