The National Centre for Birds of Prey is the largest collection of these awesome birds in the north of England.

Set within oak woodland and the rolling parkland of Duncombe Park are 40 aviaries housing everything from tiny owls up to giant vultures and eagles. Many of these birds form part of international breeding programmes. A team of trained birds flies freely every day - check the website for times. Bring your camera and allow at least 2-3 hours to see everything.
