Travel onboard state-of-the art capsules as they take you on a spellbinding journey through the Viking-Age city encountering the people that lived there. As you engage with the residents you will experience all the sights, sounds and smells of life 1,000 years ago before you delve further into the past in our exciting exhibitions that piece together the puzzle of who were the Vikings?

Our holographic ghosts will introduce you to 800 Viking-age finds and explain how these were used in everyday life, alongside skeletal remains and weapons highlighting the final battles of the Viking Age.
